Built by people who sell on the phone
SPRK Technologies is a veteran-founded company making the tools insurance agencies use every day: screened live-transfer leads and Switchboard, the cloud phone system those calls land in.
Our story
We started in 2023 as LeadGen360, generating and screening leads for insurance agents. Working alongside agencies every day showed us the same problem again and again: good leads were being wasted on phone systems that dropped calls, hid the recording, or cost more than the team was earning from them.
In 2025 we rebranded to SPRK Technologies — Sales, Prospecting, Resource Kit — to reflect what the business had actually become: a technology company, not just a lead vendor. Switchboard is the result. It is the dialer we wanted our own agents to use, and it is now the system our lead customers take their transfers on.
